These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainSpark Kids mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
BrainSpark Kids is an educational game designed for children. The App is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the App, including any account creation, sign-in, purchases (if added in the future), and interaction with advertisements.

The App includes virtual items such as stars and hints. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, removed, or reset at our discretion. Hints may be earned through gameplay or by watching optional rewarded advertisements that the user chooses to view.
The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob only, configured for a child-directed, general-audience ("G"-rated) experience with non-personalized ads. Optional rewarded ads are shown only when the user chooses to watch them. We do not use behavioral targeting or cross-app tracking in the App.
The App, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by BrainSpark Kids and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the App (or from the Profile screen when signed in). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for the security and integrity of the service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is for educational entertainment and does not replace formal schooling or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainSpark Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
